路，往山頂走，一路上，看到幾棵蘋果樹，上面還結了青色的果子。魏驍順手摘下來一個，沒熟，又苦又澀。他將果子丟在地上，突然想起很多年前，自己與周景辭剛念大學那會兒，約好了十一國慶節一起爬泰山。當年的自己也是像現在這樣，好好的路不走，偏要另尋蹊徑。周景辭最講究顏面，自然不跟他一起鬧，他倆就定好，誰先爬上玉皇頂，就算誰贏了。

魏驍那時候體格壯，又愛爬山，跟猴似得，一會兒就竄得沒影了。周景辭急得在後面喊，「魏驍！你小心點！魏驍！」

魏驍明明聽見了，卻偏偏不理他，故意要讓周景辭擔心似的。

都是年輕氣盛的小伙子，周景辭也加了把勁兒，從南天門穿過天街、繞過碧霞祠，拾階而上，略過唐摩崖石刻，最後到達玉皇頂，總共只花了二十分鐘，而他抬眼一看，卻發現魏驍已經坐在懸崖邊兒的巨石之上，正朝自己笑呢。
